Mastermind sessions are structured meetings, where people of various backgrounds but united by common interests come together to collaborate, share ideas, solve problems, overcome entrepreneurial challenges and network.
There is always a group facilitator, to help guide and manage the flow of a session. Moderation ensures productive, focused discussions with equally allocated time and benefits for all participants, while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere
Meetings can be conducted both online and in person, with options for one-off sessions or recurring gatherings tailored to participants' interests & goals. Group size can vary from 5 to 100 participants, and the most common facilitation formats used are: Iceberg, Win-Win, Uno and 1-2-3.

I’ve produced and managed 50+ projects across 35 countries, led multicultural teams, and delivered complex projects to live audiences around the globe. That background trained me to see patterns quickly, cut through noise, and help people move from discussion to execution - without losing the human depth.
